The day of July 10 2008

It has been a few weeks since my last post. Not much has changed, I have been walking and cycling (not extensively or regularly), I have changed my diet to have lower quantity and higher quality, but my weight shows no sign of changing for good. I still weigh about 226 pounds.

I have vowed to reduce my weight to 219 pounds by end of July. I plan to do this by regularly exercising (I mean daily). What I have seen is when I exercise for say 3 days in a row, the benefits of the exercise which includes the feeling of well being, the feeling of being light weight and general happiness, stretches for a few days beyond the last day I exercised.

Exercising has so many benefits and It gives it up so easily and generously, I am surprised, I keep slipping back to state of no exercise as often as I am doing.

Anyway my vow to reduce my weight to 219 by end of July holds and let us see if I can do that.
