The day of June 26 2008

I have been walking regularly. My wife has been more active and has lost some weight and is looking slimmer. She has taken to Cycling, Exercising in the Gym and Swimming all at the same time.

I have lost a few pounds. This morning I was at 227 pounds.

I hope to be around 220 pounds by 2nd week of July. This is my short term plan, let us see if I succeed.
