The day of June 21 2008

It has been three days since I blogged. Today is Saturday, So I got up late.
Anyway, good news, Yesterday morning my weight registered at 228 pounds, hopefully this downward trend continues.
I was also able to walk everyday, except for Thursday as I have to attend school. Me and My wife also made a token visit to the gym. We did not do much exercise, but just got acquainted with the equipment, I plan to start regular nightly visits to the gym from Monday June 23 2008. This in addition with walking should be beneficial.
