The day of June 18 2008

As feared, my weight is now at 230.1 pounds. But it is going down from here and that is a promise. I did walk yesterday and I plan to do atleast that today. I am also going to cut down on TV time today. Only 1 hour of it.

I realized 4 things that are really limiting me as a person.

1. Inertia, or this constant urge to remain in state of rest.

2. Needing to watch TV.

3. Feeling to keep munching or eating something while I am doing the above two.

4. Feeling that I am losing time in my life If I go to bed early

So I need to do following changes and it should be permanent. I should watch maximum an hour of TV every day, not eat while watching TV, practice moving around in the house, maybe play with my son and very importatnt go to bed early (I have not yet defined what early is, I will do that after a few days of testing).
